Hakubai will be taking a short winter break from January 3 to January 13, 2025.

Chef Kei Otsuka amd Pastry Chef Mariko Hosokawa look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday January 14 with our refreshed culinary team.

Reservations will be available to experience the new Kaiseki Tasting and a la carte menus Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30 to 10:30 pm.

Experience authentic Japanese cuisine within our elegantly designed dining spaces that combine heritage artisanship with contemporary warmth. We provide guests a refined and modern Kaiseki experience as well as a robust a la carte menu, all prepared by extensively experienced Japanese chefs.  

Beyond the traditional counter-top seating, our inviting dining room and lavish private dining spaces allow guests to delight in truly memorable experiences. The attention to detail stirs the spirit & inspires the senses, while the studious service embodies the tradition of Omotenashi (mindful hospitality).
