CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the specific preparation and sourcing needs, kindly cancel 48 hours prior to the reservation time for a full refund. Refund may not be issued after that.


LATE POLICY

Please contact us if you are running late by more than 15 minutes. We will try our best to accommodate delays. For delays over 15 minutes without notice, you will be considered a no show and your table will be made available to other guests.


ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Our menu is primarily pescatarian. Due to the style of cuisine and preparation methods, we can not accommodate certain allergies / dietary restrictions including but not limited to, gluten, vegan or vegetarian. Kindly let us know of your allergies and dietary restrictions when making the reservation and our team will confirm if we are able to accommodate.


IS THE MENU THE SAME AT THE COUNTER AND AT THE TABLE?

Yes, and the experience is equally special.


DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

For the main dining room, we can accept walk-ins based on availability. In order for us to be best prepared we highly recommend you make a reservation. The bar lounge area is walk-in only, and can accommodate à la carte dining guests.  


HOW LONG WILL OUR DINNER BE?

Please plan for about 2.5 ~ 3 hours to be with us. You will find the time with us relaxing and luxurious.


WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Smart casual. We would love for you to be comfortable and dressed for the occasion.


CORKAGE

Our wine list is carefully curated to compliment our culinary offerings, but we understand that there might be a special bottle you would like to bring to enjoy.  So long as the bottle is not carried on our list, we allow 1 bottle to be opened at the table for a fee of $85.
